[Xfce-i18n] pt_BR desktop menu for commit

Hm ... I've checked a diff between the files and detected that the only
significant difference between them is that "my" version was encoded in
iso-8859-1, while the XML declares UTF-8. This must be the reason why
the menu editor says that the file is corrupt.

It was before my recent convertion to UTF-8. ;-)

Anyway, thank you for pointing this out.
