Xfce Taskbar and Xinerama?

I've been following Xfce development quite a bit recently, since I'm looking to
switch off of gnome (right now, the main thing that's missing for me is the
ability to have multiple panels, but I see that's on your to-do list already),
and I have to say that xfce seems like it's shaping up quite nicely, esp. since
most issues I had with it in 4.0 have been fixed in CVS!

I was, however, wondering if there was a way to move the taskbar to a different
monitor with Xinerama, because if there is, I certainly haven't been able to
find it.

This is a real annoyance when using xfce on my older computer, since I have
tv-out set up on it, and the taskbar is on the second monitor, not giving me an
easy way to switch applications.

I suppose this is a sort of feature request, asking for either a more obvious
way of moving it, or a way of moving it at all.

I would do it myself, except for a few things:
- At the moment, I'm short on time
- I'm currently unfamiliar with the Xfce4 codebase, and have only a cursory
familiarity with GTK, xinerama, and such

If someone could give me pointers to tutorials/documentation on xinerama and
the xfce code, I'd try to help, but it'll probably be slow, due to the lack of
spare time atm.
