hi everyone,

the package is now available at : http://schlumpf.bressem.com/xfce

please note that this is the first package i ever built. so please test it
and send comments. i compiled 3.8.14c with standard gcc 2.95.3. when
oliver releases 3.8.16a i will make another package.
