Of course. Xfdiff is almost ported, and I've been waiting to finish pending 
details on xftree and xfsamba before starting the port on them.

IMO, xfce-devel is the best place. I don't know how wise it is to release a 
xfce version based on gtk2 before gtk2 is released.
