Can we release 3.8.18?

Hi all,

I was wondering (while trying to find an excuse not to work) if there is
anything holding us back to do a release with the new taskbar code. It's a
real nice addition and many people seem to use it already.

Are there any known problems or missing features that would prevent us to do
a release? Personally I have no idea, because I run xfwm4/xfce4 exclusively
now.

Any opinions?
