About translate Xfce :-)

Hi guys!

I'm sorry I speak very very bad english :-(
But don't worry for the reply's I understand 99% ;-)

I'm need translate Xfce to french or/and spanish ... not at all ... only menu bars of applications and some icon text.

I need little help to translate Xftree. No developper help ... don't worry I'm developper too ...not problem to edit code ... compile recompile ...etc. 

My only problem is "where are the text to translate?" I can do a simple sed -e 's/file/fichier/g' on some file???
You have a different files for i10n? ... is somebody working in translations? Somebody can help me? 

I need only one sample ... how to tranlate file to fichier in Xftree?
