no worries. We were just discussing this in #xfce-dev and I got it wrong. I
might have a workaround for the pulseaudio and xfpm plugins to keep a fixed
size when panel size increases, that is used by other icon themes... it's not
pretty but I will not bother you with this till after the xubuntu release :)
