Neither of the keyboard settings as shown in Settings, keyboard, shortcuts for
lock screen,  xflock4,  work, Manjaro stable xfce4, (4.14 ). 
Lock screen also does not activate and lock when launched from the Whisker menu
icon for lock screen.
I am a newbie and do not know where else to post this other than here, although
it is more than a keyboard issue.
