If the file is a folder, it will be opened in thunar. All other files will be
opened with the default application for that file-type.
I as well did not find "space" inside that file .. so far I have no idea where
the "activate" can be configured.

<Primary> seems to be "Strg". So "<Primary>space" describes pressing Strg+Space
 ... <alt>space than is pretty much self-explaining.
