patch for the menu

Hidden in the sidepane with easy access to unhide it from the right-click
context menu would be great.

Not sure if the patch is sufficient to get computer:/// into the Go menu, but
here's an attempt.

P.S. I tried to drag and drop it but I use toolbar style for the location bar.
