Rename folder/file in Ubuntu (Unity)

Hello.

If this is possible, please implement the following innovations in the future
release of the Thunar:

1) Make Renaming file/folder in the File Manager Thunar like Renaming in
Nautilus (File Manager), in Ubuntu (Unity). To make it clear, that the
file/folder is renamed directly on the file, and NOT in a NEW WINDOW! The image
is attached;

2) Make USB Flash Properties in the File Manager Thunar like USB Flash
Properties in Nautilus (File Manager), in Ubuntu (Unity). The pie chart clearly
shows how much free space there is on the flash drive. Please add a circle
diagram:

3) In Ubuntu I can open folder with pictures. For example in folder there is 10
pictures. I mark two images and press Enter. Open "The GNOME Image Viewer", and
by clicking the arrow button I will see only these two pictures which I
selected earlier! Now we will do the same in File Manager Thunar. The Image
viewer will start, and clicking the arrow button I will see ALL (10) pictures!
But I want the program to show me only two selected photos, and not all the
photos that are in this folder!

I apologize for my poor English.
