Okay now did some more tests. Looks like it is Facebook bug.

For me FB works like this

1) take screenshot, save to clipboard

2) start firefox, open facebook and do Create post

3) Ctrl-v to the post -> first one do not paste the picture

4) Ctrl-v again to the post -> now screen shot appears to post ..
