remaining in 1.6 or 1.8?

Seems like p.2 *doesn't remain* in 1.8(.9). Could it be? Have mechanisms which
are used here changed since 1.6?

p.2 *remains* in Thunar 1.6(.17) but I already don't have it on my system.

p.3 was rare so I can't recatch it...

Feel free to close both of bugs unless there are plans to fix them in 1.6
branch.
