Demonstration of bug

Hi! I found bug with selecting icons at desktop. Steps to reproduce:

1. Drag any icon
2. Drop it in its place (i.e. don't move it)
3. Release the mouse button and move mouse

Result: the selection area has appeared and is expanding.

OS: 5.3.1-arch1-1-ARCH x86_64 GNU/Linux
