Ok i just installed xubuntu-19.04-desktop-amd64.iso from fresh in VirtualBox
and i have not changed a thing and Education category is not in appfinder
4.13.2 when using danish.

I run:
sudo mousepad /usr/share/desktop-directories/xfce-education.directory

And add [a-k] af first character in Name.

From:
Name=Education
To:
Name=aEducation

Save file and the category shows.
Remove the a and save file and the category is gone again.
