No. But I dont see a Problem here. You will directly see the consequence, and
you can switch back in a second. (Thats a major difference to most checkboxes
used in HTML )

What about the option to dont show anything ? You realy want to add a "disable"
option ? IMO that would pollute the GUI. 

What about the keyboard shortcuts ?

IMO the cost would increase the gain here.
