xfce4-session-logout creates significant slowdown until displaying the dialog.
Creating the dialog slows down the entire system for up to 10 seconds before
displaying it. Various inputs such as clicking the mouse and pressing keyboard
keys sometimes speeds it up tho I'm unsure if related.
