Hi, I'm using Fedora 30 (xfce4-session-4.13.2-2.fc30) and lightdm.
I created a new user with system-config-users and the Xfce session doesn't work
for it. It shows just the wallpaper (inherited from the display manager) and
nothing works; I need to kill the user processes from tty.

I think the first time I tried to login .xsession.errors  showed some DBus
error and subsequent  tries now give only:

$ cat .xsession-errors
Failed to import environment: Access denied

Maybe it's related? I'll try the workarounds here.
