            Bug ID: 15853
Summary: application finder shows text suggestions
    Classification: Xfce Core
           Product: Xfce4-appfinder
           Version: 4.14.0
          Hardware: PC (x86_64)
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Medium
         Component: General
          Assignee: xfce-bugs at xfce.org
          Reporter: lm at zork.pl
  Target Milestone: Xfce 4.14

After update to 4.14 on Arch Linux application finder shows text suggestions
that does not work properly. Example:

1. ALT+F2
2. type 'skype'
3. sort of autocomplete box is shown with text '/usr/bin/skypeforlinux'
4. arrow down - text is copied to finder text control
5. enter - it shows bash script for starting skype in favorite editor (geany in
my case)

Workaround:
1. ALT+F2
2. type 'skype'
3. sort of autocomplete box is shown with text '/usr/bin/skypeforlinux'
4. press ESC - autocomplete disappears.
5. arrow down to select program, hit enter to run it.

Suggested fix:
 - disable autocomplete on application finder input text control.
