Shows hidden items when alpha set left on panel preference

This screenshot shows the hiding of separator items on panel when background
transparency per
https://docs.xfce.org/xfce/xfce4-panel/preferences/transparent-panel is used
vice the now deprecated alpha slider i 4.14pre2
