Can confirm. I tried to build the xfce4-settings from source with debugging on,
not sure if it worked, but I ran it through valgrind and got some interesting
results.
Here is valgrind output from running xfce4-settings-manager, then clicking on
display, then pressing "update profile":

For me, sometimes xfce4-display-settings will open, and other times it will
not. It either segfault's by opening, or by applying or updating a profile.
