Yes. I didn’t see it, sorry.

It seems also that my diagnosis was wrong. As you explain, the Thunar file is
created by Thunar when its first window is created and removed when Thunar is
closed. But, for sure, something odd happens when logging out, as Thunar hangs
for some time.
