Interesting, on my work's laptop tooltips work as expected, but on my personal
laptop they rarely appear.
What I found out via Gtk Inspector is that lots of events are emitted when the
cursor is over the sidebar, I mean hundreds of query-tooltip events in a few
seconds. That must be the reason why they don't appear to me and blink to the
reporter.

Needs further investigation...
