I'm testing Xubuntu 18.04; localized to Dutch. 
I noticed that in Thunar in my home-folder most system sub folders occur twice:
one in Dutch, the other in English.

I *think* these English folders weren't there to start with; I *think* they
appeared once I had made a bluetooth connection with an android phone. But i'm
not really confident about this.

Is this a bug I should report against Thunar? 
Or against an other package?
Or is this not a bug?
