I think it's because libxfce4ui-git from AUR is a split package.
It seems that you don't have libxfce4ui installed at all, so when it try to
build the glade-gtk2-plugin-libxfce4ui-git subpackage, so it fails. 
If you already have the libxfce4ui-git package installed, then it can build the
subpackage…
