Master build fine for me here .. did you try to build without the patch / a
clean checkout ?

Latest patch does not work for me, when applied to master:
File to patch: thunar/thunar-icon-factory.c
patching file thunar/thunar-icon-factory.c
Hunk #1 FAILED at 847.

Which commit is the latest stable for you ?

.. line numbers changed, I guess you need to update your patch according to the
