Hi,
for sure it is a bug: maybe i've translated the treeview term false but:

click on the upper dropdown menue -> icons are changing, ok
click on the lower dropdown menue (which i've marked red) -> icons are not
changing, not ok

This also happens on also on Xfce 4.12.4
