            Bug ID: 13606
Summary: Copying files fails upon encountering a directory
                    without read permissions
    Classification: Xfce Core
           Product: Thunar
           Version: 1.6.11
          Hardware: Sun
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Medium
         Component: Core
          Assignee: xfce-bugs at xfce.org
          Reporter: thetoastcaper at gmail.com
        QA Contact: nick at xfce.org
CC: benny at xfce.org, hjudt at xfce.org
  Target Milestone: 1.8.0

When trying to copy files from one location to another, Thunar's file transfer
dialog will cancel the transfer altogether when trying to copy a directory for
which the user does not have read permissions.

This behavior is opposed to how Thunar acts when encountering a file for which
the user does not have read permissions, in which case it will prompt the user
to Retry, Skip, etc.

Thunar should allow the user to skip/retry copying directories for which the
user does not have read permissions in the same way as it does files.

Thanks!
