            Bug ID: 12960
Summary: Login screen reverting to the default desktop
background after 1-2 sec. interferes with typing a
                    password
    Classification: Xfce
           Product: Xfce4-session
           Version: 4.12.0
          Hardware: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Medium
         Component: General
          Assignee: xfce-bugs at xfce.org
          Reporter: threefold.burly at gmail.com
        QA Contact: bjt23 at cornell.edu
CC: benny at xfce.org, nick at xfce.org
  Target Milestone: Xfce 4.12

If a user changes a default desktop background, a login screen will from now on
revert to the default background after appr. 1-2 sec. interfering with typing a
password.

A simple solution is to uncomment "#background=" line in [greeter] section of
/etc/lightdm/lightdm-gtk-greeter.conf and providing a path to the selected
background file, but I don't think a user should be forced to do this and
instead LightDM configuration should be altered automatically.
