Check-if-a-thunar-file-is-still-valid-before-reloading.patch

Deactivating SEND_MOVED code paths didn't help completely, thunar was still
crashing on renaming sometimes (more often than not).

Alternative workaround. Does fix all? crashes on my system - I hope this isn't
simply coincidence because of my lack of time for looking into this and testing
-, but apparently some update problems remain when moving lots of files.
