            Bug ID: 12301
Summary: Add a way to execute shell scripts
    Classification: Xfce
           Product: Thunar
           Version: 1.6.10
          Hardware: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Medium
         Component: general
          Assignee: xfce-bugs at xfce.org
          Reporter: aliaksei.lahachou at gmail.com
        QA Contact: nick at xfce.org
CC: benny at xfce.org, hjudt at xfce.org

After fixing Bug 7596, it is not possible to execute shell scripts any more. It
is, for example, typical that Java applications, even graphical, have a starter
shell script. It is not possible to run such applications with the default
settings.

I actually like, that shell scripts are not executed by double-click. I want to
suggest to add an item to execute a script to the context menu.
