Add support for Cinnamon screensaver to xflock4 of xfce4-session

Hello!


Please accept the patch attached so users of Cinnamon Screensaver can push the
"lock" button and find it to actually do something :)
I'm hoping for a soon release of xfce4-session 4.11.2.

I did see bug #10217 but it seems to handle three things at once and doesn't
seem to get anywhere.  Therefore I dared to make this trivial and tested patch
to increase the chances of seeing that feature/bugfix applied some time soon. 
I hope you are fine with that.
