Updated patch that tries to clean up the key_pressed/released functions and
fixes <ctrl>-<click> only working every second time. In unpatched thunar,
<ctrl>-<click> does nothing except moving the selection, now it does the same
thing as a single click on the item (as requested by sidi on IRC).
