Only if you use full-screen windows. As far as I am concerned, I don't but use
multiple windows.

In recent years, more and more toolbar icons have been removed to keep the
interface simple.

Anyway, I closed this because we had 400+ open bug reports that no one wants to
read anymore, so closing as many as possible seemed like a good idea. Feel free
to reopen or to discuss elsewhere. If people decide it should be done this way,
someone still needs to provide patches.
