Some sort of drawback with that hack is that the shortcuts are now displayed as
if the <shift> modifier had been pressed. Examples: <a> is displayed as A,
<Shift><a> as <Shift>A. Verifying in xfce4-settings-editor, it is stored
properly as <Shift>a and it works correctly too.
