xfce4-taskmanager

I briefly tried openbox window manager a week ago or so and now that I think
about it things have been a little funky since then, but have definitely gone
downhill since some recent updates. The --restore still follows xfwm4, not sure
if that is supposed to be there or how to fix it if not.
