perfect - works fine for me :-) 

(OpenSuSE 11.4, "X11:/xfce"-repository with XFCE 4.10, compiled with git head
where xfsm-manager.c is unchanged since tag "xfce4-session-4.10.0")

tested: 

gedit+Terminal with "SAVE SESSION" and gedit "cancel logout" => ok
gedit+Terminal with "DO NOT SAVE SESSION" and gedit "cancel logout" => ok
gedit+Terminal with "SAVE SESSION" and gedit "save" => ok
gedit+Terminal with "DO NOT SAVE SESSION" and gedit "save" => ok


(Terminal is legacy xsm-client, gedit a "new" xsm client.)
