Next time, attach the output in an attachment.

The xfconf-WARNING output is generated because you compiling with
--{disable,enable}-checks in Xfconf, that has been fixed in bug #6820.

The first warning about the splash engines has been fixed in bug #6831.

This however does not increase the load time that much, so you probably have a
dirty session (i see a number of window managers getting started etc). Cleanup
your ~/.cache/sessions and try again.
