Just like bug 6913 /etc/xdg/autostart/xfconf-migration-4.6.desktop breaks
desktop-file-validate:

$ desktop-file-validate
/etc/xdg/autostart/xfce4-settings-helper-autostart.desktop
/etc/xdg/autostart/xfconf-migration-4.6.desktop: error: file contains multiple
keys named "Terminal" in group "Desktop Entry"

One of the "Terminal=false" needs to be removed.
