I'm not being crass.  I'm merely stating a fact (I even apologised that I can't
be of more help; what more do you want!).

I don't know offhand where you should be putting it; if I did, I would have
told you.  This is a configuration issue with *your system*, not with Xfce.

en_US is not the only English dictionary out there.  Deal with it.

Indeed, that's correct.  But xfce4-session is not the root of your problem, nor
is any other Xfce component.

I don't have a suggestion, other than to say you need to put your LC_TIME
setting somewhere where X will see it, possibly in some xinitrc file somewhere,
or perhaps in something that gets sourced for non-interactive shells.  Sorry,
not only do I not know the details about your system, but I don't exist solely
to act as a repository of knowledge to satisfy your desire for free help.  Drop
the sense of entitlement and maybe you'll get a response more to your liking.
