Have a look at $PREFIX/bin/xflock4 - a simple edit should do exactly what you
want.

That being said, I think maybe this could be an option in the Settings Manager
for 4.6, but it's not that big of a deal.

I recommend that this be marked INVALID and that the reporter file a feature
request bug if so desired.
