I have a second TFT attached to my notebook as an extended desktop. xfce works
very well with it, but when I have firefox running in fullscreen mode (F11) on
the second TFT, then xfce will only let me cycle through the windows with
alt-tab. clicking on the taskbar window item doesn't work. it hilights the
clicked window, but focus doesn't change.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. xfce with two monitors, extended desktop.
2. run firefox in fullscreen (F11) on the second monitor (on the first will not
work, cause the taskbar is hidden then)
3. try to click on another window in the taskbar

Actual Results:  
see 'details'

Expected Results:  
change the window
