I have two separate screens defined in my X configuration. On the second i have
no panel and just use the menu which pops up when i right-click to open
applications. It happens that some of them open on the first screen which is a
bit annoying as i can't move them to the second screen.

I can work around this by adding a simple panel with just one item for the
menu. When i open applications from the menu in the panel all of them are
opening on the second screen as expected!

Is it possible to make this working without adding a panel by just opening
applications using the right-mouse-button menu
