I've seen this with Thunar and Terminal too. This is related to DBUS and a
timeout set to short.

I believe Benny has increased the timeout in at least Terminal and Thunar, not
sure about xfrun.

Any chance that you try the final 4.4.0 release? I've not seen these issues
with 4.4.0.
