i test under xfce4.3 in xubuntu(gutsy). some gtk appication also have this
problem, but there is no problem ubutnu xubuntu 6.10 with gtk applications.

but when use eclipse, this problem in all both  xubuntu(edgy) and
xubuntu(gutsy), when i use eclipse 3.1, this problem occured less, but eclipse
3.3 occured after it startup every time, i think this may because some handle
of java swt applications.   

when my system forzen,my  mouse can move, any application also run there. and
any nitoce of desktop also show there. but i can click any thing in my dsektop.

i think there may be some error about my xorg.conf of my input or screen
device.
