[Xfce-bugs] [Bug 2794] It would be nice to be able to drag a menu item to the panel, and have it create a launcher automatically.

It behaves the same as, say, middle-clicking on a window frame to drag it
around.  Not a lot of people do that, I guess, but the behavoir is there
already.
