On 'xfrun' dialog 'run in terminal' checkbox doesn't refresh properly when
window is shown.
It is always unchecked, even if we checked it last time. Underlying data looks
persistent - runs 'in terminal' if we checked so last time.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Alt+F2 (run dialog)
2. check 'run in terminal'
3. Run some application -> it opens terminal and application inside it
4. Alt+F2 (run dialog, 'run in terminal' is drawn unchecked)
5. Run some application -> for short time check appears in checkbox, it opens
terminal and application inside it
