Just checking, what version of xfce are you running. can you post the result of
"xfwm4 --version"

Also, can you attach the content of $HOME/.cache/sessions/xfce4-session* and
$HOME/.cache/sessions/xfwm4-<sessionid> (if it doesn't contain any sensitive
data, otherwise, you can mail them to me directly)
