           Summary: Installer assumes bzip2 availability
           Product: Xfce
           Version: unknown
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: Low
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: xfce-bugs at xfce.org
        ReportedBy: ongardie at gmail.com
                CC: benny at xfce.org

The installer should not assume bzcat is an available program. For example,
pristine debootstrap environments to not have bzcat. The resulting error
message, in this case, is difficult to relate to the problem. The following
patch adds an explicit check for bzcat.
