Fixes a compile issue with --enable-debug=full introduced with last patch. Adds
systray icon to indicate mousekeys activity. Changes 'Mouse Keys' to 'Mouse
Emulation' in dialog.

Icon should eventually idicate which mouse-button is emulated at that moment.
(1, 2 or 3).
